I've been asking for assistance. Called emailed and waited. Spoke to an agent who I had to beg for help. They constantly made it seem as if I'm at fault. I don't think they being true. Received an email on the 16th stating they'll resolve issues. No one's gotten back to me to resolve any issues I'm disappointed.
