WORST SITE EVER

This site use to be good before they migrated to the new web page. I have endless problems with this site. Since September 2024 i have been completing surveys but they are not adding my points to my account, I have written to them so many times but nothing is being done about it , they do not even send you a reply. I have opened so many support tickets but it seems they do not have any interest but they send surveys continuously for participation via my email, however do not add my points to my account. Since there new migration this site has become really ****ty. It's like people are here to sit and complete there surveys but do not get there rewards points for the surveys they complete , people do not sit answer surveys because they are bored , they do it to earn extra cash and every bodies time is valuable. your view support team are not resolving a panelist problems they closing request tickets without doing there jobs and panelist are losing out on there rewards for surveys. I would not recommend this site to anyone , they very un-professional.
