Unable to redeem my rewards and no feedback from your team ::(

Struggling to redeem my rewards for months now called in, they gave me the emails address for the contact and confirmed that there is indeed an issue and they working on it but now still no feedback what so ever but they keep on sending surveys and updating /changing their website/platform layout
