Rewards are not working right now

Their system keeps saying "rewards are not working right now, please try again later". I contacted them and they said they'd fix their system within a few days, it's been over 3 weeks. I gave them 2 stars because I have received vouchers in the past, but it seems of late they're not attending to the system.
