Poor service , poor rewards allocation

Their point allocation system is broken I've finished several surveys that I haven't been credited for. Then when you send them emails they make it sound like you've made all of this up I've even sent them emails of all the surveys I complete and don't get credited and when I do this they never respond cause I was asked supply evidence of the completed surveys and they werent willing to take it. Its honestly unfair cause you complete a survey and they make the money from the data they sell to their 3rd party and it leaves you thats completed the survey high and dry with nothing its actually infuriating.
