Exploiting and no payment

This is a unprofessional and no response survey all they do is send out acknowledgement of query support tickets and that a representative will get back to you. And no one ever does. It's 5days trying to contact them I requested vouchers, points taken off my account and no vouchers received. Beware of this they exploit you use your time and effort and don't pay and their is absolutely zero way to get hold of them.
