Disappointed with the experience I've had with YourView Surveys

I am highly disappointed with the experience I've had with YourView Surveys. Despite completing several surveys and being promised rewards, I have yet to receive any of them. It's been several weeks since I first encountered this issue, and despite multiple emails to their customer support, I have not received any response. It's frustrating to see that while companies are paying high amounts for these surveys, the participants like myself are left without the promised rewards or any support. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.
