Cash reward not redeemable. Calls and emails ignored.

I have 268 points but can't redeem for my R250 cash. I have send an email and called them several times they just say they are solving it but nothing has changed . The last call i made they actually hung up on me . I think this is a big **** coz u get points but you vant redeem meaning those points are as good as nothing. Right now i am just coming from their page and the rewards section is not even displaying anything. This platform is q **** .
