BLOCKED AFTER 3 YEARS!!!

I have been a member of this panel for about 3 years and have never had a problem with them in that time. Now inexplicably I've been blocked. So how is it possible that my answers to their surveys now are suddenly unacceptable. I wrote them an email requesting an explanation and I didn't even get an answer from them. I'm extremely disappointed at their unprofessionalism by not explaining what the problem is. Don't be surprised if you suddenly find yourself blocked without an explanation.
