Your.rentals leave client and host to sort them selves out

Don't use this site when booking.pls you will be stranded.. I have a lodge called Villa N'Banga in Mozambique I had a booking for along time that showed on your.rental Calandra that I am fully booked. 27 Dec to 6 jan 2023 . I got a booking for 4 to 6 jan from a client thought your.rental I declined( I pushed the button on there site) and double checked my calender and it showed I was fully booked 27 Dec 2022 to 6 Jañ 2023 Not sure how the client could book if I'm fully booked. I thought it was cancelled. A few hours later the client phoned me to say they in Bilene. I informed them that I was fully booked.she insisted and an hour later she arrived at the lodge. I informed her to get hold of your.rentals and find out from them as there system has a serious problem and she payed them. I sent them a message in there chat room as there is no numbers to talk to directly just a computer.client tied the whole night to no avail. Other accomodation was fully booked.so client went to sleep in there car. Villa N'Banga staff put up a pop up tent and let them use the staff toilets.At 1am in the morning. Still NOTHING FROM your.rental . Next morning I sent more messages and eventually at 12pm somebody messaged me Tom to say Very casually that they have cancelled the booking and that all is fine and they will not charge me a cancelation fee and if I have any other problems. I got hold of client to say they cancelled and she was unaware of that.no communication at all. They never helped or assisted me or the client for 17 hours nothing.and had a very bad service and left us all stranded...... We have never had a double booking in 20 years and this has left a bad reputation on my business image that we keep. Now they sent me a message saying it was for 2024..now they are lying . It clearly showed 27 Dec 23 to 6 jan 2023 booked on there system. Now I have beg them to remove me from there system after just joining a few months ago pls be aware of this site They will leave you stranded after you paid and nobody to talk to and leave the host and client to sort them selves out!!
