Recently the hand held-unit for my Beurer BF 105 Scale was accidently dropped and the LCD display was damaged. I am working in Qatar and to my dismay I discovered that this is not a replacement part. I tried many Beurer agents, first locally in Doha then Beurer Germany and the USA. Having failed to get a response from Beurer agents in those countries, I decided to seek assistance from home (South Africa) and found yourLIFE.shop in Jhb. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an immediate response from Brendan Budden. He confirmed that the hand held unit is not a replacement part and offered to look into customer returns to see whether they may have a spare unit on hand. Brendan was able to locate the item and offered me the item at no cost.
