VERY IMPRESSED with the service and help I received from yourLIFE.shop

I do a lot of online shopping and WOW I am so impressed with the service I received from yourLIFE.shop! I lost the rubber seal of my Beurer Nebuiser IH55 unit so it still works perfectly except it leaks. I contacted them (I did not have much hope that my search would be successful), they informed me it's not a part they sell, but they went out of their way to source it for me, they are sending it to me and only charging me a courier fee! Even though I bought the product from takealot, yourLIFE.shop helped me out, there was nothing in it for them but it made all the difference to me - now I am able to use my nebuliser again! That is what I call phenomenal service! And may I add their communication was on point - they phoned me back the same day, they also sourced the rubber seal and created an order for the courier fee that very day! I am very impressed and THANKFUL! :)
