I received exceptional support and service from yourLIFE.shop. I had a problem with a controller of a high quality Beurer product that I bought more than two years ago through another supplier. The original supplier could not assist, nor could anyone else who I contacted. On the verge of throwing the product away, I found out that yourLife are importers of the product. I contacted them a few weeks ago and they listened very sympathetically. Although the particular spare was not available in SA, they went out of their way to find a spare and supp**** it to me promptly -- with no cost to me, not even for the courier service to the Southern Cape. I subsequently ordered another quality Beurer product from them which was delivered to me within a week with no hassles. My compliments to staff members Belinda and Andy!
