Ordered a product as a gift, but was a bit worried about the delivery date (my mistake ordering on a Saturday). I contacted them this morning to try to upgrade the delivery to Express, which I was happy to pay for. They phoned me and said I do not need to pay. A staff member delivered it in person today.
