Bad attitude and zero customer service

I made an appointment for a wedding dress fitting with Your Day Bridal in Centurion. I was told not to be late under any circumstances as it impacts on the next bride's appointment. We were 15minutes early due to this, but the shop was closed. No one was there. We waited for 25 minutes and no one showed up. When we expressed our disappointment about the unprofessional outcome, the owner had a very bad attitude and not very politely asked us to go somewhere else. And then they want to charge R200 to give bad customer service? Remember, the customer is always right! If you are looking for a wedding dress, please save yourself some unpleasant conversations and having to deal with bad attitudes. Go somewhere where professionalism and customer service means something.
