WARNING‼️ ‼️ do not buy anything from YOUR SOLAR SYSTEMS. They are running a ****. They came to my house after quoting R115 000,00 for a Deye 12kv inverter and 3 Deye lithium batteries with promises of 10 years warranty and 25 years guarantee on the panels . Guess what they installed cheap lithium batteries named Power Wise with only 1 year warranty. I was told they would replace the batteries within 7 days, no communication, no replacement, so now I am told to wait for stock that will arrive with no specific date but yet here they are advertising and baiting other unsuspecting customers with the same products that they don’t have stock for. Also that Bryanston/Sandton address they put on their quote they are not found there. No one knows of them in that office park. So basically they are not found anywhere. My lawyer has sent them a letter of demand, no response best believe this is a ****. Now I am stuck with lithium batteries that I wonder if they won’t blow my entire family up and my house.
