Up to K..K!

YSSA installed a system. September 2025 and issued a "CoC". It was NEVER a CoC, just an inspection document signed by a person who never visit the site. Since 2025 September. I have been battling to sort out this installation. There were promises made by the dozen and up to today I am still waiting that they sort out the problems. They visit the installation about 12 times, and to date I still do NOT have an CoC.

I have asked them to repay the monies and to remove their system from my premises, which they promised to follow up with an e- mail and suggested plan. I am still waiting (4 weeks later) for a e- mail.

In business I have met a few ********ters, but YSSA are among the best!
