Great Service! From start to finish.... and beyond!

I have been in the market for solar for quite a while, and have contacted 8 companies to do an assessment and provide pricing. I contacted Marius (the owner) via Whatsapp, and he rep**** within minutes to setup an appointment, what impressed me at first, was that the appointments were done via Google calendar. The assessment went smooth and they made suggestions. I am not an easy person when it comes to pricing, and I want the best deal at the best price. I received my first quote from Kirsten, and this was the start of 2 weeks of me changing my mind, and Kirsten kept on sending updated quotes. Marius, was always available to give advice, even on Friday evenings after 8. I've paid the required deposit, and they have setup an installation date, again, through google calendar. The installation team, lead by Rodney, was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. One week after installation I've experienced some issues (not with the installation, but a breaker on my db that was old), I've contacted them via their web app, and Rodney phone me within 5 minutes, this was a Friday after 7pm, and the issues was resolved a couple of days later. This type of service is very rare. Now, for the system. I opted for the 10kw Sunsynk, 20 panel system. We have a 4 bedroom house, which includes 2 geysers (4kw elements), Swimming pool pump(0.8kw), Aircons (non-inverter), etc. Everything was added as essentials. As a test, I've manage to use 3 aircons, 2 geysers and the swimming pool pump at the same time without any issues, not that I will be using all these at the same time, but since we had the system installed, our average grid usage per day is about 2 units, one 2 separate days, we did not use any electricity from the grid.
