Consistent Exceptional Service by Your Solar SA (Pty) Ltd.
When I decided to upgrade my solar system, I again contacted Your Solar SA (Py) Ltd as I had used their services before and as usual, their pre- and post- installation advice and service was faultless and was over and above my expectations. The installation team was punctual, professional and worked quickly and very neatly using what they could from my existing system. As part of their customer care, Your Solar SA (Pty) Ltd has a website for asking questions or requesting help. This website is available 24/7 and their turnaround time was less than 5 minutes! In my opinion, this puts Your Solar SA (Pty) Ltd in a league of their own in terms of customer service. The whole Your Solar SA (Pty) Ltd team have always been professional, patient, friendly and willing to help and I highly recommend them for any solar installation.
