I had the pleasure to have my solar system installed by Your Solar SA and I was very impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, urgency, meticulous work and kindness shown. 1. THE ENQUIRY - From the start when i sent an enquiry via WhatsApp, the response was quick and an appointment setup immediately. 2. PHYSICAL EVALUATION - When Wayne came through for evaluation and quotation, he was friendly, informative and patient with all my questions and even provided info i wasn't aware off. oh! and he upgraded my battery from 10Kw to 15Kw and even called the office to send me the Specs. 3. THE INSTALLATION - Rodney and Team did a marvellous, clean and meticulous job with the installation, the went an extra mile especially since i have a flat roof and couldn't setup the connection to the DB box through the roof, they came up with a grand solution and made sure there were no wires going through the house and the made sure to properly clean thereafter. 4. THE CONCURRENT/AFTER SERVICE - sweet Desiré and Team were consistent with updates, clarification when required and follow-ups. The entire Your Solar SA Team is amazing; they take their work to heart and genuinely care about their customers.
