Refused Pet Application - Waste of Time

I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone (Cape Town - Northern Suburbs Area). They acted in the capacity of a real estate agent advertising properties to rent.

I went to view a place and thereafter requested that the complex rules be sent to me. Reason for me requesting this was that I had pets and wanted to make sure there wasn't mention of specific breed refusals. No where in the rules did they say they refuse Pit Bulls. After the Pet Application, the trustees came back with the following response: "2. Die Trustees voel ongemaklik om 'n Pitbull hond wat nie groot geword het by 'n spesifieke gesin toe te laat in die kompleks, aangesien dit 'n tipe hond wat onvoorspelbare gedrag kan openbaar. In die verlese is 'n aansoek vir 'n Pitbull deur die vorige Trustees afegekeur end die huidige Trustees verkies om by daardie besluit te bly."

Firstly, this spells uneducated minds. To refuse the dog based on the fact that she is a rescue is pure ignorance and lack of education. Secondly, the breed was not mentioned in the rules yet they have refused a Pit bull before. What a waste of time by clearly *********** people. I will never use them or recommend the Cluny Complex to anyone.
