Poor customer service

Bought a house from Your Housing Company in Lehae, Ext 1, moved in June 2018. After 4 months walls were cracking, taps no longer working and bath also had problem. I complained about the bath. When you take a bath you need to be careful it seems as if it is going to crack and its *****ed or skewed.The agreement with Berry (Management) was to replace the bath. The company is refusing to put a new one. Its either they put back the old one or I buy a new one and they will install.They use cheap material and labour and customers need to pay for their poor workmanship. Its been 3 weeks with no bath and the company does not care. I bought the house I didn't get it free.
