WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER

On the 23rd of June i ordered from their online catalog which indicated that it will take 5 working days for delivery I made the payment on the 25th June however I sent numerous emails one guy responded (Rajiv) to enquirer if I received my parcel that was on the 4July still have not received anything but the payment was debited from my account via EFT. I always order online with other International companies but Your Highness is the worst will not recommend to anyone nor use them again (still wanted to purchase my daughters matric ball dress from them- but that wont happen now)
