Rude service

I wore shoe's for 5minutes i noticed the inside flap was completely loose. when i tried to return the shoes the lady wouldn't because she said they worn. She told me i was lying and that she never sold them like that so in other words i broke them for fun. When i said i wanted to speak to someone higher she said she was the highest there and when i asked if she was the owner she said yes and no one else can help me
