refund of deposit

hi,i hired a dress from your highness,on returning the dress the lady asissting me told me there is powder on the dress and therfore cannot give me back my 2000.00 deposit.i then asked her does the dresses go for laundry and she answered \only if it has to"she then told me she would check with her manager"
