Not so exceptional service

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from this company. Not because they did not deliver but in the manner they treat they “not so important” clients. For a company that prides themselves in EXCEPTIONAL service….whoever I was dealing with and speaking too,forgot what they stand for because what I received was poor. I was belittled and spoken down too in the most condescending manner & basically told….”you can go ahead & complain. You’re a client, we are not friends. You have the right.” So here I am….writing about my experience and dissatisfaction. Maybe if I had a huge following or if I was a celebrity,I would get the service I deserve and be spoken too like a person. A paying person that is not asking for much but a little respect. That person I was dealing with will be the downfall of the company,I really hope he takes some time out to reflect and learns how to speak to people because those very same people,are who can make or break the success of the company.
