I have placed an order from Alan exactly 3 weeks ago. The day after I placed my order he sent an email to say he does not have the flavour in stock he will fetch from warehouse and then ship the Tuesday - he confirmed receiving my payment - after that he had lame excuses for every single enquiry I made and till today he maintain that he shipped it - gave me the name and number of his courier guy Neil who rep**** that he does not have a package for me - after that Alan said he will investigate and get back to me. For the last two days he has been ignoring me. After reading all the complaints and comments I guess I can kiss my money (which I HAVE PAID) goodbye... Turns out he is just another fruad and ******* and somebody who cannot be trust. :(
