No delivery of goods

I placed an order through the online store on the 17th of Feb. I made the payment for the item on the 14th March. I have since sent numerous emails and sms which do not get responded to at all. I have called several times where Alan takes down my details saying he will look into it and get back to me but never does. I have still not received the order placed and it is nearly a month now.
