Consistently inconsistent performance

I have ordered from this company several times before - the delivery is never straightforward. Payment has to be made for goods ordered BEFORE they willbe dispatched but once the monies are received - they lose the plot?<br> I have had payment for themdebited off my account with NO acknowldegment of paymentfromthem,let alone notification of the delivery date and time? My requests for these on email havebeen ignored. Come on guys - your customers deserve better...my last order with yourfit [URL Removed]
