Above and beyond customer service

I ordered a new gasket for my Nutribullet from Your Essentials, but when it arrived I could not fit it. Imraan sent me links to videos, but no matter what I tried, could not make it fit. Unprompted, he then sent me the whole unit into which the gasket fits, without payment, just to make sure I had what I needed. Haven't experienced customer service like this for decades!
