no feedback since claim!!!

a friend recommended them to saying that they do consolidation loans as I was on maternity leave. they send documents to sign on my phone but the documents did not show ant information clearly other than a space for a signature.

after sometime I went looking for a loan at BFS, only to find out that "Your Debt Friend" has put me under debt review. finding this out I had contacted them to remove me from debt review and they stated that they would send a cancellation form in which I must pay R1200.

note that this incident took place about 2 months back and still no feedback. imagine that all this was done through whatsapp and therefore the information can not be recovered as the app service expired.
