Very poor performance at sales department, no service at all!

On Thursday at about lunchtime we went to their office in Berkley Road for getting advise and a quote. We were served at sales by Sylvia T., in the middle of our conversation the building had to be evacuated for some reason that we were not told. Sylvia T. said she will send us the quote the following day by email, so we left. After not hearing anything on Friday, we called this morning (Monday), she promised to attend to it and send it soonest. At lunchtime we called again, the receptionist said that Sylvia T. is busy with a client and will get back to us when she is finished with this client. At 16h00 we still did not hear anything, called again and were told the exactly same thing by the receptionist. We can understand that there is some backlog after an evacuation, but the backlog should be attended to first thing when operational again. Here is very obvious some intense training needed in custeomer service!
