Sales Dept a Disaster.........

Sales dept very disappointing. I'm in the construction industry and have used Youngman Roofing on several occasions previously. My last quotation request however was a disaster. I waited more than two weeks before eventually receiving it, after numerous emails and phone calls. And only then because I got in my car and drove there to get it - had to wait for the sales rep to type it out, he hadn't even bothered to do it. Before getting in my car I called to speak to their sales manager, which took about 15 minutes to be put through, for him to then say the line is bad I can't hear you. Funny how he heard me find up until I said I had a complaint I wanted to discuss.......... Really shoddy and don't deserve the business.
