Do not buy unless you wait or have time to argue

Unfortunately one of the biggest roofing brands. Therefore expected quality service. That was my bad judgement. A ordered R125k roof that was sent incorrectly, panels not delivered in full and forgotten at the factory for them not to even bother telling us and then just crediting our account. Leaving the money there. Yes, we had no clue about the credit. Arguing they delivered, to have to go down there again to see that they made the mistake. We had to tell them they were wrong and we had to try figure out there mess. No apologies, just takes money and then still argues with a customer. why did we have to spend 3 hours during a work day to sort our their mess? Why did we have to drive 400kms to go pick up the wrong panels because they cant be sure when they can pick it up again? Did they care? No! Do I care to say I had a good or even okay experience? Definitely NO!
