Delivery Service a disaster

I am deeply disappointed with the service of Youngman roofing for poor delivery and ordering service. First I struggle to get an estimate almost a week. Because of the late estimate I only manage to do the payment on the 29/04.with a understanding that I would get my order on the 30/04. No delivery even with the assurance from Se**** my order is on the truck. This resulted me to pay the contractors labourer's R 200 for just pitching up for the day. The following Monday no delivery. Se**** just told me he was going to find out what is happening with my order, with no further response. I still try to be accommodating (after no delivery Tuesday) and ask them to deliver on Thursday the 07/05. I phoned again to find out where is my delivery. Despatch told me the delivery is only scheduled for Friday. They really are a wast of time and money. PS: Wasted a day leave waiting for them and almost took of half a day from work to go and sit and wait on nothing
