Waiting over 3 weeks for delivery

I have placed an order for 2 single items (lavender and lemon oils) almost 4 weeks ago. I ONLY received 1 item, being the lavender and still waiting for my lemon oil. I would have understood if it was out of stock but this was not the case. The driver was in contact a week ago claiming that he couldnt get hold of me, yet I had 1 sms and no missed calls whatsoever. Since then they have not attempted to deliver my order yet!!! This kind of custoner service is unacceptable. Young Living Order ***
