Young Cricket Guns

Young Cricket Guns owe me money and I've been battling for 4 months to get it back from them. The amount is not going to break the bank, but to me it's a matter of principle. The story goes as follows:

Young Cricket Guns came to my son's school in Delmas, Mpumalanga, South Africa to sign kids up to teach them cricket s****s. I completed the application form and made the payment (admin fee and 1st months instalment) at the beginning of Feb 2016. Within a week after I made payment, they advised the school that there was not sufficient interest and that they will not be teaching in Delmas. They advised the school that they will be in contact with the parents, to arrange for refunds for those who has paid already. They did not contact me, so I initiated first contact. I've spoken to one person in particular on the phone and via sms. I've spoken to him a number of times and messaged him a number of times where every time I was promised that he would follow up on why the refund was not being paid. He did respond a couple of times promising the refund would be paid "by the end of the week". I've send various e-mails without receiving ANY response. I've been unsuccessful in obtaining the owner or accounts person's contact details. What grinds me is the fact that they are quick to ask for money but slow to give it back should they be the ones at fault! The contact details that I have is ***, *** and ***.
