no proper feedback iss given to clients

on the 02 July at 16:10 i joined YOUinsurance to insure my brand new car , same day around 17:00 i called to cancelled caused i got a better offer from a different institution . when I called them they said the debit order has already been processed but they will reverse it once they receive the money .<br> I called them back on the 07/07/2015 to find out about my refund and they said it will take a month for the refund .<br> a month passed and still no communication ,this is pathetic , ow i see why i had second thoughts about his company , they are not reliable and not even known .<br> <br> today i called them again seeing that a month passed without any response from them ...guess what now i am told about 4 month this is utter *******. when i question that then I am told to submit my bank statement for them to release or refund me , wait a second , I never submitted anything to this company before and they were able to do the debit order and got my money , but now i have to submit my bank statement for them to release my money . this is not acceptable .<br> can a reliable person from this company please refund my money as i am so not happy with the level of your customer service
