Ghost Account

Good morning, had an Insurance Policy with YOUI till last year October then in January 2015 i tried to revive the subscribtion with them again but it was too expensive so we cut our ties. In August 2015 i got my Credit record and they did not appear as expected but suddenly today when i got my credit record they appear that i owe them R1405. Firstly what ist for and why did'nt they contact me if i owe them? My account with them was YP143063.<br>
