Banging my head against a wall

<p>I have had my car insured with YouI for a year. I pay a monthly premium of R890. They insist on listing the amount as R1599 at the Credit Bureau. I have been to Transunion, the amount was correct for a month and now it is back to being listed as R1599. They also refuse to acknowledge receipt of my Netstar Certificate. Therefore, the guess is as good as mine as to whether they will accept any responsibility should anything happen to my vehicle. How is this considered a professional service?</p>
