Am I just another number?

Insurance claim: * 22 October 2018 Attacked in car, managed to escape * attackers smashed car windows, took mobile phone, wallet with license and bank cards, house keys * Insurance claim submitted 23 October 2018 for the following: 1. windows to be replaced, with smash and grab film (passenger as well as driver side car windows) 2. Huawei phone to be replaced (specified item) with special tempered glass, phone cover and sim card 3. House Keys and remotes to be replaced 4. remotes to be reprogrammed with a new signal and paid for by insurance 5. Wallet to be replaced with bank cards etc.

To date, the following has been replaced: * The mobile phone and the windows with smash and grab.

I am still waiting for the outcome of the claim to replace my house keys, remotes for the house, have the signal redone for the remotes for the house (had to have this done due to safety issues), bank cards replaced, drivers license replaced, wallet replaced etc. This all came out of my own pocket. Which I honestly can not afford (I had to borrow money to pay for these things). I haven't got a new wallet yet though, as I can carry my cards etc. without a wallet.

I have phoned numerous times, sent numerous emails, to get the same response " I will speak to my manager and get back to you". Every.Single.Time. And not once has anybody kept their word and gotten back to me. I feel forgotten. Unimportant. Just another number...I was promised a phone call today, after escalating yesterday. I threatened to log something with Hellopeter if nobody called me back today by 4.00pm. Tick Tock. Time is up. Now what?
