False info & advertising

I thought i was happy with my previous insurer until i was called by Ucovered offering me what sounded like an amazing deal, I even went to check their reviews to see if they were legit and it seemed they had good ratings. Without thinking twice i canceled my insurance to join discovery through them and I kid you not, 31 days after taking up my new policy with them i received an email stating that there had been a technical issue which led to my premium being quoted incorrectly. I then called them many times asking them what the new premium would be and no one could tell me, they kept sending me from pillar to post.

Only to find out now that they debited my account with almost triple the premium we agreed on.

I regret leaving my previous insurer for this ****.

If you are happy with your current insurance I suggest you stay with them and not take chances with Ucovered.

Lesson learned, I hope my experience helps someone out there.
