FALSE ADVERT PICTURES

Hi Anelisa  Reading through your message it is evident that you believe that you have been treated unfairly.  Since the history of our business we have managed to deliver superior results when it comes to our treatments. We are aware that abnormalities may surface from time to time and when they do we take extra special care to find the true origin/facts. This takes place with a lean focus pointed internally at our business which will ultimately help improve our future service delivery to our clients.  In summary:  

• The results of your slimming treatment were aligned with your assessment.
• Both our Somatologist and Retail product consultant confirmed that the damages on your skin was unrelated to our treatments/products. The suggestion of consulting with a dermatologist was rejected.

 It is sad to hear that we are being associated with a false adverti*****t. We have little control over what happens on social media but one can only hope that you will find a sense of good faith by reading what our community is saying about us.  I will personally assist if you would like to go over your results again or discuss any further matter that was not mentioned above.
