worst service and attitude received from a supplier

unprofessional, unreliable, bad attititude from owner to the staff. worst service ever. I booked a private transfer through this company for my clients I asked the fees which I was given and paid the invoice. from pick up my clients were given bad service and the driver wanted to leave them this incident was reported to me by the client I tried to remedy the situation but I received nothing from this supplier but the worst attitude they denied that they did confirm the service and said I booked a different service, on the return leg their driver was late my client was panicking and they were late and my client decided to cancel and pay for a different transfer so they can make it in time for their flight. I called them and their admin lady Mishka conquered that the service offered was not up to standard and they should refund the client now they came back with a different story saying that they will not refund because the client cancelled last minute. I believe they are chancers and do not know what they are doing. they should stop misleading clients or leave the business to professionals. I urge all prospects not to use this business if they know what's good for them.
