Not so small

Bought a small Yorkie for my parents that live in a retirement village. I wanted a small puppy for my mom to take places in her bag. I was told the puppy would be small around 2.5 kg. The puppy is big and about 3,5 kg and sure she will get bigger. she looks like a standard size. This was not my request. This is very disappointing.
