BAD SERVICE EVER

I have currently finished with my assessments in July, and I believed that my work was submitted for Moderation, for me to be able to write exams in November, And now In September when i asked about the status of my account, I was told that my Account had an outstanding balance, and my account was paid and settled on the 08/02/2024. and i have sent all the proof to them. and now i have been waiting for the feedback as i was told that my account has been sent for investigations. regardless of the proof of payments that i sent to them. REGRETS,FRUSTRATIONS, I WONT BE ABLE TO WRITE MY EXAMS IN NOVEMBER, BECAUSE SOMEONE IS FAILING TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!!!!!!!
