Do not use Yookoo Ride!!!

Yookoo is the worst company I've ever come across. I booked a ride and my account was debited not only once but TWICE totally R722 for a ride that NEVER CAME. There was no drivers available for the ride yet they debited my account! I sent queries through and was promised that the money would be deposited back into my account within a week... A week later I had to ask again when the money will be deposited and I was told "We having issues, please be patient".... So I have them time and a few days later was told the same thing AGAIN! And now my messages are being ignored. This is a ******** company and I would not recommend it anyone. 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money. Extremely inconsiderate ******* company!!
