Ursula Ntsubane owner of Yoni Cheri now changed to Yoni Live Cheri is sadly a ***********.

I had placed my order with her via WhatsApp on the 27th October after seeing her business on Instagram. After 14 days I followed up. She sent me a voice note telling me that my order had been delayed and that I would need to be patient. I followed up again with her on the 27th November, this time she told me to “just chill” as she had a backlog to get through. I responded that as a business the least she could do is act professionally and provide an ETA for the product. She went on to tell me she had COVID and had been out of commission for 2 weeks after attending her brothers funeral who had also died of covid. She sent me a picture of her and her siblings when they were younger and what I would imagine was supposed to be her brothers coffin and asked me if perhaps I also wished death on her. I expressed my condolences but reiterated that all I’m looking for is professional courtesy.

The following day I then asked for a refund and she responded with a voice note laughing and saying that online businesses do not do refunds. That’s when I decided to wash my hands off her and take the R750 paid as a loss. The money was not an issue but the lack of concern from her and lack of professionalism was highly irritating to say the least.

On the 12 December I decided to follow up for the last time and also told her that she’s a ***********. She responded by saying I mustn’t call her names, sent me two voice notes which I have yet to listen to and promptly blocked me.

Ladies beware! I’ve seen this lady on Instagram before as Destiny Moon Prints selling clothes. I had mistaken this for legitimacy unfortunately, however that business no longer exists. The comments section have been removed from all her profiles, which I should have also interpreted as a warning sign. She only posts screen shots of WhatsApp messages from supposedly satisfied customers...
