Yoni Cheri steaming is a ****!!!!!!

I sent the lady money on the 28th of January 2021 (R400) because I wanted to use her yoni products. On the 10th of Feb 2021 I sent her a whatsapp asking her when will I get the parcel. On her voicenote she was very rude telling me that it has been raining so must not blame her of there is a delay. I kept quite and thought that I'll receive my parcel but so far I received none. On the 29th of March 2021 I sent her a message on whatsapp and yet she didn't reply. The lady is a ****! I've been calling her, texting even used Instagram message with no reply. All I want is my money back! We all work hard for our money and she just wants to get away with our hard earned money. Her initials and surnames are N. F. Ntsubane
