Yongimali

Hellopeter please assist ,these Yongimali people debit my account yesterday for R289. This happens after a phone call of a lady who said fnb gives away shopping vouchers,weeks later they take money from my account. I am banking with FNB ,i am even doubting they will assist get my money back.please assist
